The service

Nexa tailors a CV you already have so it is aimed at one job description. The only output in this version is that CV. It is designed to improve your chances. It does not guarantee an interview, a job, or that an applicant tracking system will accept the file.

Your responsibilities

You must own the CV you upload, or have permission to use it. You are responsible for checking the draft before you send it to an employer. Nexa is instructed not to invent experience, but you must still read the result.

Credits

Credits are sold in pounds: £1.99 for 1 CV, £7.99 for 5, and £24.99 for 20. They are added to the email address used at checkout. Credits do not expire until they are used. One credit is used for each new tailored CV. The same CV and job description can be regenerated once without a further credit.

Fair use

Credits are for your own job search. Do not resell them, share a paid email as a public account, or use bots or other automated means to generate CVs in bulk. We may suspend use that disrupts the service or breaks this fair-use line.

Acceptable files

Upload a PDF or a Word .docx file of up to 5 MB. Do not upload someone else’s personal data without a lawful reason.

Availability

The service may be interrupted for maintenance or faults. Drafts are stored for a limited time and then deleted. Keep your own copy of anything you want to retain.

Liability

This section needs a lawyer. The intended position is that Nexa is a writing aid, statutory rights are unaffected, and we are not liable for a rejected application. Do not rely on this sentence until it has been reviewed.
