The editor is instructed never to invent experience, employers, dates, qualifications, skills or metrics. Gaps are flagged, not filled in.
UK CV habits
No photograph, no date of birth, UK spelling, and a plain layout without tables, columns or graphics in the CV itself.
Privacy by default
Files are stored in the UK or EU and deleted after 30 days. There is no tracking cookie. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.
Questions
Will you add experience I do not have?
No. Nexa only rephrases, reorders and emphasises what is already in your CV. If the job asks for something your CV does not show, we list it beside the draft. We do not write it in.
Does this guarantee interviews or an ATS pass?
No. The CV is designed to improve your chances with recruiters and applicant tracking systems. A tidy layout cannot guarantee an interview, and we will not pretend that it does.
Do the credits expire?
No. Credits stay on the email address you pay with until you use them. One credit produces one tailored CV.
Do I need an account or a password?
No. Pay with your email, then come back by asking for a sign-in link to that same address. The link is how you open your CVs and delete your data.
How long do you keep my CV?
Uploaded CVs, job descriptions and generated CVs are deleted automatically after 30 days. You can delete them sooner once you are signed in.
What if I do not like the first version?
You can regenerate the same CV and job description once for free. Another version after that uses a credit.
Ready when you are
Use the email you want the credits attached to. You can delete the CV later.
