This draft explains refunds for credits sold by Yuk Wah Chu (trading as Nexa). Contact hello@getnexacareer.com and include the email address you paid with.

Unused credits

If you have not used any credit from a purchase, the intended policy is to refund that purchase within 14 days of payment. A lawyer should confirm how this sits with UK consumer rules for digital content.

Used credits

Once a credit has been used to generate a CV, that credit is not intended to be refundable, because the tailored CV has already been produced. The one free regeneration does not use a credit. Statutory rights are not affected by this draft.

How a refund would be paid

Refunds would go back through Stripe to the original payment method, in pounds. Nothing in this draft has been approved for live payments. Use Stripe test mode until the policy is reviewed.
